Koi Awareness Breathing Meditation Method
Part 1: Feel the energy that nature gives to our body
Koi use their gills to breathe the oxygen contained in the water, and the breathing process begins when the koi swallow water from their mouths. The water enters the mouth and passes through the blood-rich, feathery filaments in the koi's gills. These filaments absorb oxygen from the water and move it into the bloodstream. The koi's heart pumps out the blood and distributes the oxygen throughout the body, and because there is not much oxygen in the water, the koi gills are very good at absorbing all the oxygen they can possibly get. "Koi conscious breathing meditation" focuses not on the differences of respiratory organs, but on the stronger and more focused attention of our brain. Koi breathing consciousness meditation is a very basic part of our learning of meditation, the first step into meditation learning initially, and the basis for our entry into advanced meditation thoughts. Koi breathing awareness meditation relieves mental and physical stress and establishes a good physical state.
Before we started learning and practicing meditation, at that time, we were often full of anger for unknown reasons, anger was extremely easy to be ignited, extremely irritated, and easily depressed. We were also in a bad physical condition and we felt heavy from our minds to our bodies. We empathized with almost all of our friends when they sent us messages about their distress, confusion, and depression. In fact, our inner being was strongly and almost desperately calling for our attention, when we were so neglectful of the garden of our soul. We had come a long way, through many twists and turns of life experiences, to arrive at the most precious land in life to learn and practice meditation. For us, those somber moments were the beginning of our soul's blossoming light. Many of the man-made pains in life could have been avoided if we had turned our attention in time to realize the full expectation of our souls.
We turn our attention inward and listen to the voice of the soul as we learn to focus inward, heal ourselves from the inside out, give from the inside in, and create from the inside out. As the daily meditation activity proceeds, the ability to use the koi conscious breathing meditation to guide the consciousness, the mind, each day, effectively calms the mind, relieve mental tension and physical stress, and establish good states of mind and body. Smooth breathing becomes a habit that not only helps our asanas become strong and powerful, but also brings us peace of mind. Before practicing the Breathing Koi Awareness Meditation, choose a good natural environment and then choose a comfortable posture and let our bodies relax completely. Close our eyes and place our awareness on our breathes, nose-in and nose-out. Observe the rhythm and depth of the breath and the sound when breathing. Breathe naturally, smoothly, and our breathing will slowly become calm.
Observe the breath, feel the energy given to the body when you inhale and feel the tension, turbidity, and waste gas out of the body when you exhale. Stick to it every day, lengthening the time and frequency according to our own situation. Respect our own body, no need to force, if we can't do 10 minutes, then do a few 2 minutes. Relax our face muscles, close our eyes and focus on our breathing. Without deliberately adjusting our breathing, and relaxing as much as possible, after a few minutes, our breathing state will slowly become smooth and we will become calmer and calmer. Continue to observe our own breathing and continue to experience the rhythm and state of the breath. The inhalation and exhalation will be quieter and smoother than before, experiencing calmness between the inhalation and exhalation. We mindfully tell ourselves that we are slowly inhaling and that we are slowly exhaling.
When we inhale, we imagine that we are feeling the energy given by nature to our bodies, and when we exhale, we feel all the tension, the turbid airs out of our bodies.
Part 2: Meditation trains us to think about life
When attention runs away from the breath, don't rush, just think of the koi, think of the focused breathing the koi need to get enough oxygen, quietly observe the effect the changes in our thoughts have on the changes in our breathing, and then slowly draw awareness back to our own breath. As we practice longer and more often, we become more and more comfortable and calm as we become more familiar comfortable with this method of meditation. We can adjust the length of the meditation according to our state. At first, the time can be slightly shorter, around 3 minutes, and then slowly increase to 5 minutes, 10 minutes, or even longer. The common problem in the koi conscious breathing meditation gives us a real sense of what it means to have a distracted mind. Initially, sometimes after maybe half a minute, maybe a minute, we become unaware of our breathing. It is very normal to have thoughts during meditation, and when they come, don't suppress them or complain about yourself.
Accepting our emotional changes and then calmly returning to what we are doing - observing the breath, focusing on the breath. If we can focus on the breath for a long time without wandering off, or if we wander off, we can immediately become aware of it and then return to the breath, at which point we can already feel that our focus has been greatly enhanced. We feel very calm and enjoyable in meditation. Once we begin to pay attention to the breath, our minds will immediately know that we have begun the journey back to the home of the heart. Awareness of the breath is the message we send to our hearts, telling our minds that we are on our way. The path will surely blossom for our hearts if we keep on going and keep surpassing ourselves.
Meditations are not the end of spiritual growth, but they are effective tools that carry us at a fast and steady pace to the land of the soul's freedom. Not only that, but they have a powerful influence on our physical and mental health, our real-world success and wealth, and our relationships with people that cannot be ignored. At first practicing breathing and meditation, we could only sit for maybe 3-5 minutes. Now, sitting down for half an hour passes in a flash. Time is not the most important thing, what is important is a complete and deep understanding of the meaning of breathing and meditation and a clear intention to practice it. For us, this process is the process of merging with the wisdom of the supreme being. Many times, our inspiration to write and paint comes from meditation, from the inspiration that flows into consciousness in meditation. Often, we receive intuitive guidance in meditation to carry out our next action. With the continuous and effective practice of meditation, it is possible to reach a point where every moment of our lives is in meditation.
We remain fully aware at all times, whether we are working, walking, eating, writing, painting, shopping, or spending time with our children, when meditation becomes life itself, we are in control of ourselves and can actively create our own lives. There is nothing in life more subtle than the breath, and if we can focus on the subtle breath for a long time, there is nothing we cannot focus on. We often remind ourselves to appreciate the present moment but fail to put it into action, which is why there are so many expectations in life. By truly living in the present moment, there is no such thing as waiting. Waiting means that the present moment is not good enough, we have to go to the next moment, and we look forward to tomorrow. In reality, we can never look forward to the next moment, or tomorrow, we only have the present moment. We remind ourselves to appreciate the present moment, which implicitly means that we are often not in the present moment, so it is important to be able to notice that we are not in the present moment in the first place, and the Koi Consciousness Breathing Meditation method exercises exactly this quality.
Meditation trains us to think about life instead of letting life think about us. It is not the life that dominates us, but we dominate life!
