《 Beautiful Lamma Island Beach 》, painted by dawnxisoul393 《Belle plage de l'île de Lamma》, peinte par Dawnxisoul393 First Part Première Partie It was a beautiful morning when we went to Lamma Island to sketch and paint with our two-year-old daughter little Dawnxi. Our beautiful Hong Kong is home to over two hundred islands and the many aboriginal villages on the island, which represent another side of Hong Kong. They maintain a quiet and peaceful, simple and natural life in a corner of the bustling city, and Lamma Island is the epitome of them. In our hearts, Lamma Island is the most charming island. 💛Lamma Island is located in the southwestern part of Hong Kong Island, with an area of over 13 square kilometers and a resident population of about 6,000, making it the third-largest island in Hong Kong. Most people on Lamma Island live in Yung Shue Wan bay in the north, which is a relatively flat area that can be used as farmland. However, some people also live in Sok K...

《 A "Town of Nations" - Discovery Bay》, painted by dawnxisoul393 Today, we finally realized our long-time idea of bringing our daughter little Dawnxi back to Discovery Bay to paint. Little Dawnxi painted Koi and lotus full of childlike innocence in Discovery Bay ... Discovery Bay is located in a coastal area in the northeastern part of Lantau Island, overlooking Hong Kong Island and Hong Kong Disneyland, which opened in 2005. Surrounded by hills, Discovery Bay covers a total area of about 650 hectares. At present, the overall plot ratio of Discovery Bay is only 0.15, and the greening area accounts for 2 / 3 of the total area. When construction started in 1977, Discovery Bay was still deserted and only accessible from boats. With the construction of the Hong Kong Airport next to Discovery Bay in the 1990s, the number of people living in Discovery Bay increased dramatically. Illustrated by dawnxisoul393 The developer continued to develop new residential sites and built a luxu...

《 Big Buddha in the sunset》, painted by dawnxisoul393 The world's tallest outdoor bronze seated Buddha (First part) -  Tian Tan Buddha & Po Lin Monastery in Hong Kong That morning, as planned, we and our daughter Dawnxi went on a pilgrimage and sketching and painting at the Po Lin Monastery in Ngong Ping. We took a bus from Mui Wo Centre straight to Ngong Ping. The bus stopped a few times for the first few kilometers out of the station to pick up a few scattered passengers and then drove all the way into the mountains. The windows were full of greenery and we were so happy to be close to nature that we were busy enjoying the scenery outside the windows. The mountain was getting steeper and steeper, the road was narrow and rugged, and many places are barely enough for two cars to meet. The bus coiled up the mountain, the driver sped along the narrow mountain road with ease. Soon saw the road was separated from half of the road in the repair, set up te...
