At some very special moments in our lives, we have to be careful, because the really beautiful things may be covered by ordinary, even ugly appearances. The shining sun may be hidden behind the dark clouds, and the dazzling emerald may be hidden in a small black stone. After many twists and tribulations, the truth we dream of from the universe may be revealed to us. If we don't have dreams and goals, we can't see the truth from the universe or even focus on the work of the moment. However, dreams need to be based on the wisdom of persistence. But how do generate wisdom? This is based on the promotion of daily knowledge and the sublimation of our work quality requirements. However, how to stick to the wisdom, and how to improve and sublimate the requirements of their own work quality? When we get along with others, we should listen and understand others more. Many times, listening to people can learn a lot.

For example, students need to listen to speeches or lectures and listen to successful people tell their successful history and successful experience, so as to enhance their confidence in life and the future. We need to spend more time with people who have more knowledge than we do and listen to them more. Only by listening more to the opinions and insights of highly intelligent people, absorbing their essence, and learning from their wisdom, can we evolve our minds and improve our work. Life is like playing a game of chess. Each of us is a chess player. Sometimes, when we play chess, we may only understand one or two of the moves and immediately go to decide what to do next. In fact, we may not understand the whole game. Real chess players are those who have the ability to make one move and think about dozens of moves. Our mindset often influences the way we play chess. Mindset affects everything, and only by maintaining a calm and non-impulsive mindset on a regular basis can we ensure that we don't make bad judgments.

Don't be quick to define, which often hurts ourselves and even others. In fact, life is the same as playing chess. Many problems need to be pointed out for us by others. This is because each of us stands in a different position and sees things from a different perspective, so we will come to different conclusions. Maybe, some people have seen it clearly, but we are still confused. Therefore, we need others to give us some advice, listen to others' opinions, and then combine them with our own ideas to find the best way to solve the problem. When we are in a confused situation, perhaps because we do not know how to let go, it is more exercise and tests our mindset and wisdom. Only when we understand the whole situation, we can deal with the situation calmly and unhurriedly. In the chess game of life, we often ignore many important and key things but often take a lot of details too important, so when we encounter setbacks, we will have a heartache feeling, so there are so many problems that can not be solved.

When we were children, every time we lost something, our hearts would feel faint pain. But the elders told us that everyone grows up day by day after losing a lot of precious things. In life in the world, everyone has their own way to go, do not envy others, and do not belittle yourself. Don't be jealous of the success others have taken, and don't regret the twists and turns we have taken. With a good mindset, we can find a new direction and sprout new hope. Sometimes the ending may be a little sad, but the process is meaningful. Learn as we go and cherish as we go. Each of us involved must always be ready to learn to observe and gain insight to meet new challenges. The purpose of observation is to perceive, and the purpose of insight is to see things for what they are. Observation, which happens all the time, does not always lead to results. 

Watson once asked Holmes, "why is it that although we are inseparable, you are the first to understand the truth of the case every time?" Holmes smiled and replied, "because I have been observing". Watson asked defiantly, "did I not observe?" Holmes immediately asked, "then, the stairs outside the door you also walk every day, right? How many steps are there in total?" Watson was speechless. Holmes said, "is 17 steps". "You just saw but did not really observe". Observe with the heart in order to observe the subtle until insight. Observation with the eyes, insight with the heart, the point is in action, what is needed is the power of seeing the big with the small. Observation, with different senses or behavior, in a specific space, by watching the phenomenon and movement of things, investigation, a comprehensive, all-around, multi-angle study, and our original experience and knowledge to compare and make a judgment. The more thorough the observation, the more the source of emotion is stimulated, and the more the inner content and meaning can be discovered, thus gaining insight into its essence. The art of observation focuses on the need to see what others do not see, to discover what should be there but is missing, and to see what is truly important and crucial.

Who is the main character in the painting? A beautiful goddess. Look more closely， are there any other objects in the painting? Yes, in this quiet place, two golden koi fishes gently swim around the goddess, their bodies soft as clouds. Is there any other information about the goddess? This goddess looks like an Asian goddess, very young, less than thirty years old. How tall is she? Judging by the size of her face and the ratio of normal human height, she should be of normal height, maybe slightly taller. How much does she weigh? We can tell from the goddess' head, neck, and shoulders that she should be of normal weight and slightly thin. She has beautiful, upward flowing long hair. The goddess is embellished with a lotus flower ornament on the left side of her forehead. She is a Lotus Goddess.

What happened to the painting? A beautiful Lotus Goddess in the lotus pool, immersed in her deep meditation, she exudes elegant, compassionate, and gentle light. With her lips slightly open and her eyelids gently falling, the Lotus Goddess is listening carefully in her heart, observing and perceiving the world. The Lotus Goddess of tranquility sends us a message with her heart, telling us to observe and listen, not to be confused by the illusion in front of us, but to rely on our wisdom to think and discover the deep meaning of everything we encounter. When we want to make a big decision, don't be rash, do the full investigation or get advice from our trusted friends. If the challenge is beyond our ability, start with simplicity. If possible, ask for help. Watch, listen, think and act wisely.

Sweet koi fishes also bring joy and smiles to all of us. Koi fishes sprinkle golden lights on everything we meet and everyone we meet. No matter where we go, let the pressure and tension leave us. Koi fishes remind us to spend more time in nature, breathing fresh air, looking at the ripples on the water, and soothing our tired souls. When we have the ability to see the beauty of everything and the beauty of every place, we have the wisdom and healing ability to accept ourselves and others, love ourselves and others, and the magic power to create a happy life. The more closely we observe, the more obvious our insight will be, and the more we can discover the deep meaning of things. This is the power of observation and insight.
