First Part: Koi sends us a new message
A beautiful koi in bright red, gold, and black came quickly towards us all the way through the water waves and water plants. As beautiful as the koi fish is, its swimming posture gives it a reckless feel. As it reduced its speed, gracefully turned its body in another direction, and then slowly swam away, the koi fish added an infinite magical charm to the pool, leaving a natural glow on the water behind it. Now, the koi fish no longer seems to care about its previous experiences; it is enjoying its present happy time. The koi are sending us a message:"Danshari" (Refusal, Disposal and Separation),Happiness is sometimes built on proper deceleration and change of direction. Throughout our life's journey, we gain a wealth of knowledge, polish our skills and deepen our wisdom. But in some cases, we get stuck in some obstacles caused by our own behavioral habits.

This is a negative emotion and we need to change it. The koi of ease tells us that it is time to overcome the obstacles and give ourselves back the strength to move forward and create our own easy and happy life. In today's materialistic society, we instinctively expand our needs and desires. From going to school, working, getting married, having children to buying a house or a car, we rush to the next stop after each stage. Gradually, we shoulder more and more pressure to give up more and more things. The human brain has become a storehouse of clutter. If we don't give up the useless things in time, we will not only damage our bodily functions and reduce our sense of human pleasure, but also lose our way forward. By organizing the unused items in our homes, we can straighten out our inner chaos and gain the ability to move with ease. A complete cleaning of the entire home, sweeping floors, wiping shelves, changing bedding...

The most important thing is to give up those items that have been stored for a long time and forgotten in the corner because once they no longer serve us, it means they are no longer useful to us. Throwing them away makes the task of keeping our living space clean and tidy easy. People's greed and desire are like a well. If we dig deeper, the source of our desires will continue to emerge. Real-life may make us shopaholics, and we may indulge in the fleeting pleasures of the act of shopping and gradually develop the habit of filling our inner emptiness with uncontrolled shopping. Shopaholics usually lack security and self-confidence. At this time, most of our hearts are fragile and easily restless. Whenever we see something we like or are interested in, we immediately want to buy it.

Sometimes, even if we can't afford it, we have the urge to overdraft to buy it. Perhaps we spend more than six months of our salary to buy a designer bag or jewelry, resulting in monthly debt payments that put our normal lives in jeopardy. The vast majority of shopaholics are not financially well-off rich men or women. We may go into debt to pay off our greed, breaking up the simple life we had. However, whenever we see the piles of impractical things we bought, our mood becomes more depressed and irritable. Therefore, when a non-essential item occupies our mind and seriously exceeds our shopping capacity, we should firmly abandon the idea of buying it.
Second Part: The "empty glass theory" effect
There is a particularly interesting effect in psychology called the "empty cup theory". Each of us is like a glass. If there is some cloudy water in the glass, no matter how much pure water is added, it will still be cloudy.
However, if an empty glass is poured with water, it will always be clear." The effect of the "empty glass theory" advocates the quality of "rebirth. In practice, after working in a certain position for a period of time, even if we want to continue to learn new things and keep enriching ourselves because the old knowledge occupies our brain space, that is, "muddy water in a cup". Even if we learn new knowledge, we will be disturbed by the old knowledge, therefore, it is difficult to make full use of the new knowledge in the actual work. Life is like the cup and the water in the cup. With what attitude we face in life, life will give back to us. If we want to make our life more normal and rational, we need to wash into an empty cup, unload useless things, clear our mood and make life simple.

Most of the pain in life comes from the excessive pursuit of our desires in our hearts. Our hearts become especially painful when our desires fail and we are not capable of dealing with them openly. This includes our ability to judge and make decisions about things or events. When practical conditions do not allow it, or when we are not capable of doing it, or when it is simply not necessary to do it, we need to take quick steps to give up and walk away. As for those past memories, we cannot tell whether they will bring us baggage and stress or happiness and beauty, however, no matter what, no matter how long we have wandered at the crossroads tonight, tomorrow's life and work, we have to open a new chapter.

The hardest thing in life is letting go. Those things and feelings that are hard to choose are like the kite string in our hands. If the kite string breaks and flies far away, there is no need for us to tug on the string. Instead of that, we should make a more delicate kite and let it start a new flight. In fact, the main character is not an object or an event, but ourselves and the timeline is always the present. Clearing out objects and discarding useless things is only the primary stage of disconnection. Only by adjusting our mindset, changing our thinking environment, and renewing ourselves from the outside in can, we get closer to a happy life. We are unhappy because we don't want to leave. In fact, letting go is not the same as giving up. Only when we let go of our heart's desire, greed, and attachment, and look down on the ups and downs of the human world, can we truly feel true happiness.

We find inner peace and tranquility, learn to reflect and know ourselves, and realize that letting go is the ultimate liberation. Only when we let go of something useless can we get what we really want. Letting go of something material does not mean loss. Something greater is returned to us in the form of release, freedom, and spiritual development. When we are surrounded by a clean and tidy environment, when we give up appropriately in areas of our lives, such as the loss of a job or responsibilities, it may bring more freedom, more time, and more opportunities for our long-term career development, creativity, and exploration.
Proper renunciation will give us more room to unleash buried talents and release the energy of our spirit and soul that has been imprisoned for so long, allowing us to swim and jump like koi in a wider space!
